Belated Pancake Races
Following Father Dennis's visit to school on Shrove Tuesday, our Ethos group decided that they wanted to hold their own Pancake Race. Everyone cheered on the teams, as they ran and tossed their pancakes; lots of skill required! Well done to the two teams! At the end, both teams were rewarded with fresh, warm toffee topped pancakes.
Fun Fact: In the UK, about 52,000,000 eggs were used on Pancake Day.
